📋 Description Templates

Build guided templates for the Description of Work field. Wrap fill-in blanks in [square brackets] — e.g. "Install [Equipment Type] at [Location]." Users select a template, fill in the fields, and click Insert.

💡 Wrap any fill-in blank in [square brackets]. Each unique bracket name becomes a labeled input field when the template is used. Example: "Install [Equipment Type] at [Location] per [Specification]."

Changes save automatically. Mark-up factors and OT threshold update immediately on the current open quote. The default Cost / Hr pre-fills new labor rows.
